Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping offers may be available during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Unbound Club will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Such delays shall not be grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Take photos before opening the package.
  • Record an unboxing video.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 24 hours may affect claim eligibility.

Sale & Promotional Orders

Orders placed during sales, promotional events, clearance sales, Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers, combo offers, and other special campaigns may require additional processing and delivery time.
