Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Unbound Club, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return & Exchange Window
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of product delivery.
- Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video (if available).
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or another item:
Exchange Charges
- Single Product Exchange: ₹300 courier and handling charge per product.
- 2 or More Products: ₹200 courier and handling charge per product.
The exchange process will begin once the applicable exchange charges have been paid.
Exchange Eligibility
Products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet these conditions.
Refund Policy
Refund Charges
The following charges apply for refund requests:
- Single Product Refund: ₹300 processing and courier charge per product.
- 2 or More Products: ₹200 processing and courier charge per product.
Refund Method
- Refunds are provided only as Store Credit (Wallet Credit).
- Store Credit can be used for future purchases on the Unbound Club website.
- No refunds will be issued to bank accounts, UPI IDs, debit cards, credit cards, or any other payment method.
Store Credit Validity
- Store Credit will be issued after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Store Credit is non-transferable and can only be used on purchases made through Unbound Club.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos and videos showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Products returned after the return window has expired
- Items purchased during special clearance or final sale events (unless received damaged or defective)

Sale & Promotional Offer Purchases
Products purchased during any sale, promotional offer, clearance sale, stock clearance event, Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO), Buy 2 Get 2 Free, combo offer, bundle offer, discount campaign, or any special promotional event are not eligible for:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Store Credit
All purchases made under such offers are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos for verification.
Unbound Club reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies as a sale or promotional purchase and whether it is eligible for any exception under this policy.
